Regardless of the outcome of your request, we will respond within 1 (one) month at the latest.

In case of dissatisfaction with the way we handle your data or with the response to the request to exercise your rights, you have the right to contact directly the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).


PROCESSING AND MAINTENANCE OF PERSONAL DATA

The collection, processing and protection of personal data is carried out from the design stage "privacy by design" and by default "privacy by default", i.e. we collect the data strictly necessary for the purpose in question, keep it only as long as is necessary and apply technical means such as encryption, pseudonymisation and anonymisation to protect it.


All actions of collection and processing of personal data follow internal procedures, previously studied with the aim of making the process consistent with the RGPD regardless of the employee who performs it.
